Your availability settings control when customers can book appointments. Set it right, and you'll never be double-booked or surprised by appointments at inconvenient times.

Set Your Business Hours
Go to Online Booking → Hours (or navigate to Account Settings → Online Booking) and set your working hours for each day of the week.

Set Buffer Time
Buffer time is the gap between appointments. This accounts for:
- • Travel time between jobs
- • Jobs that run over
- • Time to prep for the next job
Recommended: 15-30 minutes for local service areas, 30-60 minutes for larger areas.

Set Booking Window
Control how far in advance customers can book:
- Minimum Notice: How soon before an appointment can be booked (e.g., 24 hours)
- Maximum Advance: How far ahead customers can book (e.g., 4 weeks)

Sync with Google Calendar
Connect your Google Calendar to automatically block off times when you're busy:
- • Personal appointments won't get double-booked
- • New bookings appear on your Google Calendar
- • Two-way sync keeps everything in order
