Why Your Profile Matters

Your business profile appears on your booking page, quotes, invoices, and customer communications. A complete profile builds trust and looks professional.

Access Your Profile Settings

Go to Account Settings → Company from your dashboard.

Add Your Business Information

Fill in these essential details:

  • Business Name - How customers know you
  • Phone Number - Your main contact number
  • Email Address - Where customers can reach you
  • Business Address - Your office or mailing address

Upload Your Logo

Add your business logo. It will appear on:

  • • Your booking page
  • • Quotes and invoices
  • • Customer emails
  • • The customer portal

Tip: Use a PNG or SVG file with a transparent background. Recommended size is at least 200x200 pixels.

Set Your Service Area

Define where you provide services. You can set your service area by:

  • • Zip codes / Postal codes
  • • City or town names
  • • Radius from your location
