Creating Checklist Templates

Step-by-step guide to adding checklists to your services.

Access Your Service

Go to Catalog and select the service you want to add a checklist to.

Find Job Checklist Section

Scroll down to the Job Checklist section. This is only visible on Team Pro plans.

Add Sections

Click Add Section to group related tasks. For example:

  • • Pre-Service Inspection
  • • Service Tasks
  • • Completion & Sign-off

Add Checklist Items

Within each section, add items with:

  • • Item type (checkbox, photo, text, signature, etc.)
  • • Description of what to do
  • • Whether the item is required
