Handling Cancellations
Set up your cancellation policy and manage cancelled appointments.
Setting Your Cancellation Policy
Go to Online Booking → Settings to configure:
- Cancellation Window: How far in advance customers must cancel (e.g., 24 hours)
- Cancellation Fee: Optional fee for late cancellations
- Policy Text: Custom message shown to customers
When a Customer Cancels
If a customer cancels within the allowed window:
- • You receive a cancellation notification
- • The time slot becomes available again
- • The job is marked as cancelled in your records
⚠️ Reduce No-Shows
Automatic reminders reduce no-shows by up to 80%. Make sure you have email and SMS reminders enabled in your settings.
