Start a New Quote
Go to Quotes → New Quote or create one from a client profile or job.

Add Line Items
Add services, parts, or custom items to the quote:
- Select from your service catalog
- Add parts from inventory
- Create custom line items

Send to Customer
Click "Send Quote" to email it to your customer. They'll receive a professional PDF with:
- • Your business logo and contact info
- • Itemized breakdown of services
- • Total price and terms
- • One-click approval button

When a customer approves your quote, you get notified instantly. You can then convert it to a job with one click.
