Cleaning completion report template
Record the business, customer, service address, visit date, completed work and outstanding items. Pair photos of the same area and describe the work shown. The cleaning report option changes the document title; it does not certify that work has been completed.
Photo handling and privacy
The tool processes your selected photos in this browser; it does not upload them to a storage service or save a report to your account. JPEG, PNG and WebP are supported, up to 10 MB and 32 megapixels per image. Up to six before/after comparisons are supported.
Photos are resized to a maximum of 1,600 pixels on their longest edge and converted to JPEG for the PDF. Original file metadata is not copied. Keep original photos separately if you need full resolution or capture metadata, and obtain permission before including customer property or identifiable people.
What does the PDF prove?
It records the information supplied by its author. Dates, before/after labels and observations are not independently verified. It is not a signed acceptance certificate or tamper-evident inspection record.
Are reports saved?
