Managing Booking Requests
Learn how to view, confirm, reschedule, and manage incoming booking requests.
When Someone Books
Here's what happens when a customer books:
- 1You get a notification (email, SMS, or push)
- 2The booking appears on your calendar
- 3Customer receives a confirmation email
- 4Automatic reminders are scheduled
Confirming or Declining
If you've enabled booking approval, you'll need to confirm each request:
Confirm
Customer gets a confirmation email
Reschedule
Suggest a different time
💡 Tip: Auto-Accept
Enable "Auto-Accept Bookings" in your settings to automatically confirm all bookings. Great if you trust your availability settings and want zero friction.
