Understand when you'll receive funds from customer payments.
Standard Processing
When a customer pays an invoice online:
- Instant: Payment shows as"Processing" in your dashboard
- 2 business days: Funds deposited to your bank account
Processing Fees
Standard credit/debit card processing fees are set by your connected processor. Stripe charges 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction; Helcim uses Interchange Plus pricing. Fees are deducted from each payment automatically.
