Understand when you'll receive funds from customer payments.
Standard Processing
When a customer pays an invoice online:
- Instant: Payment shows as "Processing" in your dashboard
- 2 business days: Funds deposited to your bank account
Processing Fees
Standard credit/debit card processing fee is 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction. This is charged by Stripe and deducted from each payment.
