Understanding Fees
A breakdown of all fees associated with payments and your subscription.
Subscription Fees
- Free: Up to 20 bookings/month, no monthly fee
- Solo ($19/month): Unlimited bookings, SMS reminders, calendar sync, recurring appointments
- Solo Pro ($29/month): Everything in Solo plus online payments, automations (reminders, follow-ups), quote builder, advanced features
- Team Pro ($79/month): Everything in Solo Pro plus team management (up to 5 members), job checklists
Payment Processing Fees
When customers pay online, your connected processor charges:
- Stripe — Credit/Debit Cards: 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction
- Stripe — ACH Bank Transfer: 0.8% (max $5) per transaction
- Helcim: Interchange Plus pricing (typically lower than flat-rate processors at higher volumes)
These fees are deducted automatically from each payment before deposit.
