Converting Quotes to Invoices
Turn approved quotes into invoices with a single click.
From Quote to Invoice
Once work is complete, converting a quote to an invoice is simple:
- 1Open the approved quote
- 2Click "Convert to Invoice"
- 3Adjust line items if needed (add parts used, etc.)
- 4Send the invoice to your customer
💡 Tip
You can also create invoices directly without a quote. Go to Invoices → New Invoice for jobs where you didn't need to quote first.
